I have just been informed by Michael Halpenny about his essay in Left Lives in 20th Century Ireland.
It contains a copyright photo of Dominic Behan taken by my wife Alison Chapman McLean, a professional photographer. No permission was obtained or credits given. I still have the negative.
This broke copyright law and deprived her of earnings so I’m asking you to remedy the situation.
